Returns
We really appreciate your custom and want you to be happy with your purchase.  We hope you will wear your jewellery with pride, knowing that you have directly helped disadvantaged children rize out of poverty.

Please take a look at our jewellery sizing page to make sure the item you are buying is the length you are looking for (necklaces) or will fit your finger properly (rings). 

Christmas Extended Return Period - If bought between 1st November and 18th December you can return your purchase/gift by 9th January.
Purchases made before or after these dates, there is a 14 day return period, starting from the date the jewellery was received.
If you would like to return your jewellery, contact us by email and we process your refund or if faulty, work with you to try and make it right.  If after emailing us we have asked you to send the item back, please make sure you adhere to the following:

Return the jewellery unworn and in the original condition it was sent. If possible also send in the packaging you received the item in. Include the jewellery purchase invoice in your returns package (which would have been emailed to you or the person who bought you the gift), or attach it on your return request email.

If you are due a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days.  Please note your bank may take up to 7 working days to process the refund. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable, unless there are circumstances that are our responsibility. We are not liable for lost returns.  As our jewellery is made of precious metals, it is highly advisable to return items on a trackable shipping service. Make sure you keep your tracking number on the receipt the mailing office gives you.

Customs Duties and Import VAT
You may be charged customs duties and import VAT within your country.  Please be aware that these charges are calculated at your countries importing point and are out of our control.  Customs duties and VAT differs immensely from country to country.  Customers in some countries, for example the US and Australia, are able to import items at quite a high value before any duties are charged.  In other countries, duties and VAT are due on quite a low value of goods. Most countries have customs duties and VAT information online through local government websites.  

We wish we could digest customs fees on behalf of all our customers, however with our costs, including high jewellery plating costs, importation costs from India and ensuring our charities receive the 10% donation from each sale, it would make it impossible for us to function as a business.  Going forward, we do hope this is something we can look at in the future.  Thank you for your understanding.
